Cup Maintenance Kit

One Way Check-Valve
New improved 'duck-bill' type check valve makes it easier to replace on spray gun.
These One Way Check-Valves include the pressure tubes to prevent paint entering the spray gun from the cup.
I personally recommend that you have extra of these on hand at all times.

Cup Diaphragms
These Plastic Cup Diaphragms help prevent paint from entering the spray gun through the pressure tube.
Comes in package of 3 for $12.40.
Cup Lid Gasket
This seals the cup and the lid, and prevents the paint from dripping out. Over time these tend to dry up and needs to be replaced.
Must be used with plastic Diaphragms.
Comes in packages of 5 for $16.

Spray Gun Paint Strainers
Inexpensive nylon strainer fits at the end of the metal fluid tube. Durable and long-lasting. Can be soaked in thinner to clean.

Mini 3-cup Set
 Complete 1/2 pint (8ozs) miniature cup assembly. Supplied with 2 extra cups and 3 heavy-duty lids equipped with gaskets.
This assembly is lightweight taking weight off the wrist. The small size allows access into confined areas such as cabinets, bookshelves etc. Cup is pressurized so spray pattern is always perfect. You will think of many uses for these cups, storing paints, stains. Quick color changes. Any type of touch-up work.

 6-foot Flex Whip Hose
Lightweight 6ft. flexible hose is highly flexible. Takes weight off the wrist and flexibility allows for effortless maneuverability of the spray gun. An added feature is that the air through the spray gun is not as hot (due to the fact the spray gun is now 6ft further from the turbine). This often alleviates problems with fast drying lacquers drying too quickly.
This 6-foot Flex Hose is only $37.
8-foot Extention Hose
This 8 ft. heavy-duty extention hose reduces the air tempture when added onto the 25 ft. hose that came with the Fuji Turbine System. This added length results in about 20 degrees cooler air going through the spraygun. This helps take care of the problems with the lacquers and latex drying too quickly. No noticiable difference in the pressure or the volume of air. Only $27

Fuji XT-2 Turbine Spray Gun with Cup (for Turbine)
The new Fuji XT Spray Gun is non-bleed, which means that air only passes through the spray gun when the trigger is pulled. This means less blowing around of shop dust and less paint paint buildup on the tip of the fluid nozzle.
The spray gun features a stay-cool nylon handle, stainless steel fluid passages and an external needle packing adjustment. Obtain a professional finish with all known coatings.
The standard Air cap set is the general purpose #4 for fine finishing with lacquers, enamels, polyurethane, latex, water based coatings and more.
This Fuji XT Turbine Spray Gun can be used with any turbine from any maker that has a bleeder attachment on the turbine to protect the turbine motor.
(Please note: This is not designed to work with a regular compressor.)

Fuji XT-2 Upper Air Connector Turbine Spray Gun with Cup
This is exactly like the above spraygun but has the ability for the air hose to connect to the Rear Upper part of the spraygun. This give you the ablity to put the air hose over your shoulder keeping the hose out of the way. This is ideal for Bathtub Refinishers enabling them to keep the cup and hose away from the side of the tub or surface.
Please note: that the air goes straight through the upper barrel of the spraygun, bypassing the trigger. This means that this will act the same as a bleeder type spray gun, with a contiunious flow of air passing through the gun. T his functions the same as a bleeder gun with air passing through the gun all the time regardless if the trigger is pulled back or not.

GT-X2 Spraygun #9100-G
Please note* Fuji spray guns can only be used with an HVLP Turbine (any make). They cannot be used with standard compressors.
Fuji Spray® developed this spraygun to meet the rising demand for a gravity gun that can be used with any HVLP turbine. The Gravity Spraygun has all the features of the standard Fuji XT gun. The GT-X2 comes with the #4 Aircap installed. This is the medium output size, best for fine finishing with lacquers, enamels, polyurethanes, latex, water based coatings and more. The Stainless Steel Cup is 400cc (.85 Pint).
**NEW** The cup now uses pressure feed (plus gravity) for faster coverage. It now has the same abilities as our XT-2 spraygun. This spraygun is already proving to be very popular with Bathtub and Auto Refinishers but it is also perfect for cabinet spraying too. Also, please see the 7015 Upper Hose Connector Kit for those who prefer the hose attached to the rear of the barrel.
Cleaning is a snap! The gun does not have to be connected to the hose or turbine. Here’s how…
- Partially fill the cup with solvent
- Wind out the fluid knob and pull the trigger
- Direct the fluid stream into a container

Gravity w/Upper Air Connector #9300-G
Exactly the same spraygun as our 9100-G GTX-2 but with the ability to attach the hose to the Upper Rear Barrel. This allows you to drape the hose over your shoulder thereby keeping it out of the way. We recommend this model, (or the XT-2 with the same capability) to such trades as Bathtub Refinishers who need to keep the cup and hose away from the walls of the tub. Please note* this is a specialized item and may not be available at all dealers.
Important: unlike with the air supply attached to the standard connector at the base of the handle, the air passes straight through the upper barrel and bypasses the trigger valve. So the gun functions exactly as a bleeder gun with air passing through the gun all the time (whether or not the trigger is pulled back). For HVLP Turbine use only.
